1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Grace and Threads website and purchase of our products. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

By using our store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872

3. Products

  • All products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and may have slight variations in color due to screen differences
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
  • Product images are for representation purposes only

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available methods
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

5. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud
  • In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days

6. Shipping

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printrove, our print-on-demand partner
  • Estimated delivery within India: 5-10 business days
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on Grace and Threads are our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grace and Threads shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party fulfillment or courier services
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu
  • We encourage resolution through mutual discussion before legal action

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
