We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged, as each item is made to order.  

At Grace and Threads, all our products are custom made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar reasons.

Overview

At Grace and Threads, we take pride in the quality of our faith-inspired apparel. Since all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we follow a limited return policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)
  • The item has a printing error

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

How to Raise a Return/Replacement Request

  1. Email us at [graceandthreads15@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product
  3. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • For UPI/bank transfers, please allow up to 7 working days

Exchanges

We offer free replacements for damaged or defective items. No need to return the original product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during sale or with discount codes (unless defective)
