Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy applies to any subscription-based or pre-order purchase options available at Grace and Threads. As all our products are made-to-order, please review this policy carefully before subscribing or placing a pre-order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started
- Once an order enters the printing/production stage, it cannot be cancelled
- To request a cancellation, email us immediately at [graceandthreads15@gmail.com] with your order number
Subscription Cancellations
- If we offer subscription-based purchase options, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders can be cancelled before the item goes into production
- Once production begins, pre-orders follow the same policy as regular orders
Refunds on Cancellation
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- For UPI/bank transfers, please allow up to 7 working days
Non-Cancellable Orders
The following cannot be cancelled:
- Orders already in production or dispatched
- Customized or personalized items
- Orders placed during flash sales or with special discount codes
Consumer Rights
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India. For any grievances, you may contact us or approach the appropriate consumer forum.
